Helping others and Helping society, this ties into the idea of my company as my company will try its hardest, even without it being its main objective to help people in some inadvertent way

Financial gain, without money the company will not be able to run smoothly

Knowledge, my company will promote gaining knowledge as one of its main values, knowledge is one of the most important things within a person

Leadership, this ties into the idea of my company as leadership is the main thing that really keeps businesses on track these days

Creativity, this ties into the idea of my company as creativity makes

Peace, this ties into the idea of my company as without peace within itself and within the industry the business cannot prosper

Growth, this ties into the idea of my company as without growth the company cannot get better

Community, this ties into the idea of my company as community is the most or one of the most important things you have to have within a company, a sense of community brings everyone together

Co-operation, this ties into the idea of my company as without working together how does anything get done

Independence, this ties into the idea of my company as having independence and individuality as a company makes sure you have a pathway into the industry

Influencing others, this ties into the idea of my company as influencing others to start working on their passion garners revenue for the industry

Work/Life balance, this ties into the idea of my company as the work/life balance in a creative company garners creativity in the workplace

Achievement, this ties into the idea of my company as achievement is always the main goal of a company

Freedom, this ties into the idea of my company as creative freedom is the main thing that a creative company needs to have in order to be successful

Humour, this ties into the idea of my company as having humour is a great way to connect with your customers and shareholders

Integrity, this ties into the idea of my company as creative integrity is extremely important

If it's something you want to create then why? What purpose does your product serve?

I would like to start my own company as the market leader in the industry that i want to go into is not really up to standard in my opinion, i feel like a new company that does what they do and more to a better standard and with better and more creative ideas would in all honesty work better

It would also be nice to work and have full creative vision, instead of working for a big company which dictates what shall be made as well as the time limits for it to be made in, having an overarching company brings a lot of problems as allowing the creative direction of your company to be dictated by some big company and not go in the direction you want it to dampens the legitimacy and individuality of the company

It would be really nice to help people with my company, as my company generally focuses on students and people graduating from education, it would be really nice to help as many students as we can as students and young people are the future of the creative arts industry, i know for a fact that right now i would absolutely love to have a service like this readily available for me as it would really help me and many many people get into the career they want and fulfil their dreams as big or as small as they may be, i know for fact the school system is a huge dampener and dissuader of creativity sometimes and it would be nice to have a service to just help those students who cannot get help from any of the sources closest to them

In the market right now there is no student based creative job finding sites that have been established which in turn gives us a hole in the market we can focus on, in my opinion the demand is quite high as i know many students who would absolutely love to use a service like this to help them further their careers in the creative industry, there are other job finding sites for quote on quote “professionals” but none for students/graduates who want to get into the industry without much prior experience but the relevant knowledge and skills to work, creative businesses tend to focus more on professionalism rather than actual skills and what they can do, I feel like it is a niche company but not too niche to be sustainable, especially because the demand for this type of service would be high due to the amount of talented graduates who have the workrate and skills, just not the relevant knowledge around getting into the industry and starting a career
